Dornești sits right between Rădăuți and Siret, and anyone working in either passes Roots almost daily. Eight minutes by car, a straight road, and fifty minutes in which nobody rushes you.
Roots is not a gym. It's a small studio reserved for women, where you work with a BASI-certified instructor: one-to-one or in a duo on the reformer, or in a small group on the mat. Every exercise is adapted to your body, your pace and your goals, whether you want better posture, a back that doesn't ache, or simply to feel strong.
The most natural thing is to tie the session to the commute: 07:00 or 08:00 before work, 17:00 or 18:00 on the way back. The same slot every week quickly becomes a routine rather than an effort. See the schedule and book.

How long is the drive from Dornești?

Can I come straight from work?
Yes. The studio has a changing room and everything you need. Just bring comfortable clothes and grip socks for the reformer; if you forget them, we have some.
I work in Siret, not Rădăuți. Does it still make sense?
Yes. From Dornești, Siret and Rădăuți are in opposite directions but both close. The 18:00 or 19:00 session, after you're back from Siret, is eight minutes from home.
Do you run group classes?
On the mat, yes, in small groups. On the reformer you work one-to-one or in a duo, with the instructor's full attention, in a space reserved for women. Every movement is corrected in real time.

Is there parking at the studio?
Yes, the studio has 10+ parking spaces of its own, right at the entrance. Drive in, park, and two minutes later you are on the reformer.
