From Siret to Roots: fifty minutes that are entirely yours
Twenty minutes is about the length of an unhurried coffee. At the end of the drive, fifty minutes are waiting in which nobody asks anything of you: just your breath, your alignment and your movement, guided step by step.
Roots is not a gym. It's a small studio in Rădăuți, reserved for women, where you work with a BASI-certified instructor: one-to-one or in a duo on the reformer, or in a small group on the mat. Every exercise is adapted to your body, your pace and your goals, whether you want better posture, a back that doesn't ache, or simply to feel strong.
The studio is built for women who come from outside town too. The early slots from 07:00 and the evening ones until 20:00 are exactly for the commute from Siret: come before work or after, and the drive becomes part of the ritual rather than an obstacle. See the schedule and book.

How long is the drive from Siret to the studio?
About 20 minutes by car, roughly 21 km on a direct road that never touches Suceava. Traffic is light early in the morning and after 6 pm, and the route button shows you the exact time for the moment you leave.
Can I come straight from work?
Yes. The studio has a changing room and everything you need to get ready in peace. Just bring comfortable clothes and grip socks for the reformer; if you forget them, we have some for you.
What if the drive makes me late?
Message us on WhatsApp when you leave Siret. If you're a few minutes late, we'll wait. Free rescheduling needs at least 12 hours' notice, as set out in our cancellation policy.
Do you run group classes?
On the mat, yes, in small groups. On the reformer you work one-to-one or in a duo, with the instructor's full attention, in a space reserved for women. Every movement is corrected in real time. That's what makes the 20 minutes worth it.

Is there parking at the studio?
Yes, the studio has 10+ parking spaces of its own, right at the entrance. Drive in, park, and two minutes later you are on the reformer.
