From Milișăuți to Roots: eight minutes and you're on the reformer
Eight minutes. That's the drive from Milișăuți to Strada Bogdan Vodă, less than it takes to cross Rădăuți at rush hour. You don't need a day off or a complicated plan: the session fits between two trips you make anyway.
Roots is not a gym. It's a small studio reserved for women, where you work with a BASI-certified instructor: one-to-one or in a duo on the reformer, or in a small group on the mat. Every exercise is adapted to your body, your pace and your goals, whether you want better posture, a back that doesn't ache, or simply to feel strong.
Because you're so close, any slot works: 07:00 before work, 16:00 or 17:00 right after, or the evening. The simplest thing is to keep the same slot week after week, so the session becomes a fixed point rather than an exception. See the schedule and book.

How long is the drive from Milișăuți?
About 8 minutes by car, roughly 7 km. You're practically a street away, and the route button shows the exact time for when you leave.
Can I come during my lunch break?
Our hours are 07:00–09:00 and 16:00–20:00, so there are no midday slots. The closest to a work break is 16:00, and in the morning 07:00, before work.
Can I come straight from work?
Yes. The studio has a changing room and everything you need. Just bring comfortable clothes and grip socks for the reformer; if you forget them, we have some.
Do you run group classes?
On the mat, yes, in small groups. On the reformer you work one-to-one or in a duo, with the instructor's full attention, in a space reserved for women. Every movement is corrected in real time.

Is there parking at the studio?
Yes, the studio has 10+ parking spaces of its own, right at the entrance. Drive in, park, and two minutes later you are on the reformer.
